Real Estate Market Effect

   In regards to Breckenridge Real Estate and Frisco Real Estate these two markets of Summit County Colorado Real Estate remain the most powerful. The Breckenridge Real Estate market currently has 172 listings under contract. 100 of these are over a million. Towards property actually closed, there are close to 400 since the beginning of the year and most of these sold for more than they were worth last year. Frisco, being a smaller market does not have as big of numbers but still holds equal value. The Frisco Real Estate market has currently 10 properties under contract. Since 1/2008 Frisco has sold and closed close to 90. I expect we will always see this in Summit County Colorado. With the size of our second home market I expect to always see better number than what the rest of the US Real Estate market shows.
